Just using `see' (after checking it exists) would be sufficient, without
the dependency on mime-support.

Someone would have to check whether everything that provides pdf-viewer
(apt-cache showpkg pdf-viewer, see under "Reverse Provides:") isn't buggy;
i.e. that it has proper /usr/lib/mime/packages/<package> file, and registers
it...
