Re: tex4ht - Debian package (fwd)

Here's an email from the author of a package that I'm currently
working on for Debian. The package is tex4ht (for authoring HTML
using tex and/or converting tex to html). The original copyright
notices on the files did not allow modification nor commercial
use, but the author's concern is with the integrity of the files,
not with the commercial side. Basically, he would like a licence
like that for the Knuth TeX programs themselves.

It looks fine to me, but could someone check who is more familiar
with the proposals for possible revisions to the DFSG etc.

Thanks.

Andrew

Andrew,

Following a discussion in the comp.text.tex about gnutex, and more
browsing in the Debian www pages, I wonder whether a revised version
like the following one will be acceptable.
