You need to register as new maintainer, read the instructions
at http://www.de.debian.org/doc/packaging-manuals/developers-reference/ch1.html#s1.2
Or you have to find another _active_ maintainer that will take
a look at the packagage and make a new upload.  You should also
take a look at the lintian checks and fix the reported bugs, too:
