Um...what is OCS?

Packages don't have to be on the "request list". That is just a list of 
packages someone wished would be included. I think most things that are
packaged don't cpme from that list.

Of course, to become a developer you need to read over the documents about 
becomming one. Everything is explained in there. Need to read the DSFG and
social contract and agree to them etc...
