The continuing saga of TWIN

Ok, I have my shared library problems solved. I have my makefile problems
solved (They are much better in upstream 3.1.6 though still not perfect.)
and a proper X development environment has been set up on va.debian.org.
Now I'm getting this:

gcc -Wall -fwritable-strings -fPIC -D_REENTRANT -I/usr/debian/home/jaldhar/twin/twin-3.1.6/include -I. -I/usr/X11R6/include -I/usr/X11R6/include -E ExecUtl.S > ExecUtl.s
errno=7 libfakeroot, when recieving message: Argument list too long

Anyone have a solution? I'm sooo close!
