Well, lib is a misnomer though, and implies something architecture-dependent
(which is what /usr/share is trying to avoid).

/usr/share will be no more cluttered than /usr/lib, for example.

OTOH, we are going to have /usr/share/doc as I understand it, which
WILL be another layer.
