i have updated the ocaml package from 1.05 to 1.07.

the 1.05 package is from september, and when i emailed the maintainer asking if he planned to upgrade it or if i can take over the package, i get no reply.

so i did the new package, how can i get it into debian ?

Ocaml 1.07 comes with a new licence who permits it to be in hamm, and not in non-free like before, so i think it is important that it get packaged before the hamm freeze (especially since i think the license got changed in part so it can be part of debian).

also i would like to have someone test the package to see if i did something wrong with it (in particular, i didn't liked some message i get about utmp and logname).
