Help for ciftilib needed

Hi,

Can someone have a look at ciftilib? The build is passing in Salsa CI
but in my local (up to date) pbuilder I'm running into:

-- Found Doxygen: /usr/bin/doxygen (found version "1.9.8") found components: doxygen dot
-- Found DOXYFILE_IN: /build/ciftilib-1.6.0/Doxyfile.in
CMake Error at cmake/Modules/UseDoxygen/UseDoxygen.cmake:138 (get_target_property):
  get_target_property() called with non-existent target "doc".
Call Stack (most recent call first):
  CMakeLists.txt:23 (INCLUDE)

while Salsa CI[1] looks fine.  This is suspicious.

I'm fine if someone is simply sponsoring the CMake 4 bug fix - no idea
why this fails at my side.
