Hi. During the beta period we're monitoring the service and
investigating failures. I saw this one:
Debian tag2upload service writes ("[tag2upload 884] failed, htslib 1.22.1+ds2-1"):
> dgit (build host): error: quilt mode gbp does not make sense (or is not supported) with single-debian-patch
We have a bug open, that git-debpush could detect this. #1108141.
Can you tell me some more about the workflow you're using with this
package?
It's possible that we want the system to do something more useful with
this situation than just produce an error. Maybe it should recommend
--quilt=single. Or even do that automatically.
I experimented with this package, based on the t2u tag, and
dgit --quilt=single build-source
works.
So I think if you retry the git-debpush with a new version number (add
a fresh changelog stanza), and say
git-debpush --quilt=single
it will work.
Regards,
Ian.
