I was tempted to upload to Debian Science, but the Python team I recall to have outsourced the maintenance of several sciency-Python packages before. The driving motivation for me to address their packaging is the aforeITPed boltz software (an alphafold-substitute), so I think it is fine. We can still move it another day once that more reverse dependencies are surfacing in Debian.
