Good day, python-pysam upstream revision 0.23.0 has been released yesterday, resolving the remaining issue for upgrade of the htslib ecosystem to version 1.21. Experimental pseudo-excuses are good for all packages that need to upgrade together[1,2,3]. I have made a last round of tests locally to make sure no last minute issue cropped up and will upload these packages to unstable tonight. Also, thanks Michael Crusoe for the hand with samtools issue #1087456. Have a nice day, :) -- .''`.
