If someone might care for raxml-ng this would be great (Was: [amkozlov/raxml-ng] What libpll code is really needed (Issue #164))



Hi,

I never managed to finish raxml-ng packaging which would be a great
thing to have.  Some hints about its preconditions can be found
inn the issue linked below.

Yes, I think this is the way to go.

In fact, in the next major raxml-ng release, both `libpll-2` and `pll-modules` will be superseded by the new lib `coraxlib`:

This should hopefully solve the long-lasting historical name confusion.
