[Advent bug squashing] #1048281, #1046135 and #1015668

Hi,

Three more bugs closed for today, with:

  * #1048281 being a double build bug affecting unifrac-tools,
  * #1046135 being another double build bug affecting srst2,
  * and #1015668 being a build failure in spades with LTO
    enabled, which looks to have stemmed from a compile bug.

The double source build bugs are usually just a matter of filing
the debian/clean file with leftover build artifacts so they do
not pollute the directory tree on subsequent build attempts.
The double binary build bugs are usually symptoms of files moved
around instead of being copied, causing build failures on
subsequent builds. These are relatively low hanging fruits, and
well documented in the wiki[1]. There are plenty of those, if
people want to tackle them.

Ideally the LTO bugs should be resolved in a way that one can
enable optimizations, but this is sometimes near impossible to
acheive, e.g. in the case affecting spades, due to the probable
compiler bug.

Have a nice Sunday,  :)
