Per https://gcc.gnu.org/onlinedocs/gcc/Optimize-Options.html#index-fprofile-use:
Before you can use this option, you must first generate profiling
information. See Instrumentation Options, for information about the
-fprofile-generate option.
It may be simplest to drop the option, particularly if cross compilation
is otherwise possible.
