I do not think that mails are automatically encrypted. My gmail address
is not. Signing to the list is OK, but encrypting does not make sense.

That's why the changes were not reflected and you had to fix them. I was working on another project today, but I will confirm that everything is working before I ask for you or Nilesh to provide a final quality check/approval.
I'd recommend to sync your private repository with the Debian Med one
and remove the private one afterwards to avoid confusion.
