Hello team,
I tried adding autopkgtest for kmerresistance[1] but I'm getting an error when using the installed binary.
I'm not able to run the binary with example data[2] from the package installed via apt
But I'm able to run the command as expected if I built the binary from source
I've attached the two cases in the paste.d.n link[3].
I guess this has something to do with the buildflags that are passed[4] during build but I have no idea what is causing this behaviour. Can anyone look into this and suggest a fix ?
After cloning your data, even a simple `cd` takes ages to get into test directory for me, no idea what is up, but I am not
able to test/run anything from your data.
Regarding your error, taking a wild guess, maybe it is because of the "-O3" that is being passed from debhelper buildflags.
Can you try building debian package without patching this line[5] and check?
