Yes, the errors happens when InVesalius is running, the package is being created correctly. I thought it was a error with wxPython from Ubuntu 22.04, but it's happening on Debian Unstable too. I think this commit must be added to the python3-wxgtk4.0 patches https://github.com/wxWidgets/Phoenix/commit/7afcc7fbc68506b55b5bb85970871a5f3df6eac4

I guess this is when you start invesalius from the packaged version (I
was able to create the package without any error).
Please be more verbose what your suggested solution might be.
