Hello Debian Med Packaging Team,
There is a circular dependency between libbio-cluster-perl,
libbio-asn1-entrezgene-perl, libbio-db-ncbihelper-perl and
libbio-variation-perl:
libbio-cluster-perl :Depends: libbio-variation-perl
libbio-asn1-entrezgene-perl :Depends: libbio-cluster-perl
libbio-db-ncbihelper-perl :Depends: libbio-asn1-entrezgene-perl (>> 1.730)
libbio-variation-perl :Depends: libbio-db-ncbihelper-perl
Complex circular dependencies are known to cause problems during upgrade, so we
should try to avoid them.
