cmake task for terraphast

Hi,

we want to package raxml-ng which needs terraphast which I just
injected[1].  The build process creates some files in
obj-x86_64-linux-gnu but there seems to be no sensible install target.
We probably need a library package and an application package.  The
application is currently named obj-x86_64-linux-gnu/app which is
not really sensible.

If someone with some cmake knowledge and some spare time could have
a look this would be really helpful.
