[Advent bug squashing] Bug#929700: marked as done (pymol: Deprecation warning during startup)

Hi,

while pymol is maintained by the DebiChem team it is one of the highest
popcon packages in our Debian Med tasks - so fixing bugs in other teams
counts for sure as Advent calendar contribution.
