Thanks for pointing this out; I looked at it and saw biojava has not 
been a dependency of drop-seq until now. It seems version 2.4.1 is the 
first to need biojava. So I will try to add biojava4 as a dependency and 
see if drop-seq 2.4.1 can now be built.
