The build of blasr for the i386 architecture failed because of
missing build dependencies. The libpb*-dev packages are not
available on 32 bits platforms, if I read the log correctly [3].
Your options are:
1. disable the build test on i386 for the CI pipeline by
editing the file d/salsa-ci.yml like you can see in the
package q2-feature-classifier for instance [4];
2. port the missing build dependencies to be available on i386
platform, note this can be hard as there seems to be several
missing packages, to mild benefits.
