Argh, I did not notice this is non-free and I added autopkgtests :/
The upstream homepage as given in d/control gives a 404 and the d/watch file points to a fake upstream (
https://people.debian.org/~eriberto/ FakeWatchNoUpstreamReleaseForThisPackage-(\d\S+)\.gz)
Any idea where the code for mssstest might live? I'll mail the maintainer as mentioned in d/copyright if nothing works out
