Any volunteer to discuss a free license for varscan again? (Task for non-coding volunteers!)

Hi,

as you can see here

   https://github.com/dkoboldt/varscan/issues/12

four years ago upstream did not agree to a DFSG free license.  It turned
out in the past that asking again (with better arguments) can change
upstreams opinion.  I would be happy if somebody else would try to approach
upstream again about this.
