Second sprint (june):
 * vt (NEW package. Now on testing)
 * pairtools (NEW package. Now on testing)
 * paleomix (Python2 to Python3 #933750 [Still OPEN]) [0]
 * cwltool (minor MR, mention not needed even if accepted changes [1])
