Hello,

I just addressed r-bioc-experimenthub as a dependency of the SingleR
package. This is not irrelevant for Covid-19, but I would not want to
prioritize it over what we already have waiting in the queue for the
other workflows, so ... here it goes, just a bit under the radar.

I just injected it to
git@salsa.debian.org:r-pkg-team/r-bioc-experimenthub.git . Comments are
welcome. I know I somehow messed up d/watch with the lintian error
