I get

$ ocamlfind list | grep mcl
findlib: [WARNING] cannot read directory /usr/lib/ocaml/METAS: No such file or directory
mcl                 (version: 12-068~oasis4)

on my local machine and if I inject this into d/rules file I get the same:


findlib: [WARNING] cannot read directory /usr/lib/ocaml/METAS: No such file or directory
mcl                 (version: 12-068~oasis4)


I have no idea whether that warning might have some meaning.  Checking

$ apt-file search /usr/lib/ocaml/METAS
camlidl: /usr/lib/ocaml/METAS/META.camlidl
libcothreads-ocaml-dev: /usr/lib/ocaml/METAS/META.cothreads
libgmp-ocaml-dev: /usr/lib/ocaml/METAS/META.gmp

liblablgtk2-gnome-ocaml: /usr/lib/ocaml/METAS/META.lablgtk2-gnome

there are some hits - may be something is missing?
