I do *not* think nanofilt has caused the crash. As I said in my other
mail probably biopython caused it for whatever reason. I've build
biopython successfully this morning. I can upload nanofilt later.

I've also running some machines under stable. Regarding cme I'm using
$ cat /etc/apt/preferences.d/01-cme.pref
Package: libconfig-model-dpkg-perl
Pin: release a=unstable
Pin-Priority: 605
which pretty much does the trick to always have the latest cme even
on a stable machine. I also have
$ cat /etc/apt/preferences.d/01-lintian.pref
Package: lintian
Pin: release a=unstable
Pin-Priority: 601
Package: lintian-brush
Pin: release a=unstable
Pin-Priority: 601

Kind regards
