Regarding non-free packages.  I had the feeling that due to COVID-19
some authors are re-considering their licensing policy.  We should
explicitly ping those we pinged before again and with others we never
tried before and ask for free licensing.  Blat is on my desk for some
time but we can check our list at

everybody can step in here and ping authors.
