Hello,
some good news, after WGCNA we now have another one of those
end-user-focussed packages in our distro. MOFA
(https://bioconductor.org/packages/release/bioc/html/MOFA.html) is a bit
like a better limma (which we also have) in that is can work with
missing data, like when you have both transcriptome and metabolomics
data for many individuals but not for all. Hope that was not too short.
Two other submissions of mine were rejected. Sorry for the extra work
this imposes on everyone. A priority of the two I would give to
"demixt", but neither are of my immediate routine. I won't address these
immediately. Should someone feel like helping out then this would be
much appreciated and I happily help.
