https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/samtools is stuck at 1.9-7. 1.10-3 was uploaded a while back and the tracker says that samtools would be transitioning to testing, but is apparently not. Are the buildds are running testing? Then this would explain why bedtools fails to build (added build-dep on samtools 1.10 only after the upload). Cheers, Steffen
