Package: ftp.debian.org
Severity: normal
Dear ftp.debian.org people,
htslib FTBFS on big-endian systems
https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=947462 and this is
blocking the following transitions: auto-htslib, python2-rm, python3.8,
and auto-pbbam
I propose we delete the affected s390x packages for now and when/if
upstream has fixed their code for big endian systems then we can upload
the fixed versions later.
Thanks in advance
