fastx-toolkit is officially abandoned by upstream since 2017.

Due to bug #925745 of its predependency libgtextutils the Debian Med
team decides to better remove this package.  It is droped from the
Recommends in med-* metapackages in Git so after the next upload of
the metapackages the dependency relations will be removed.
