Re: DebianMed Sprint in Vilnius?

Hi all,

This sounds awesome, I'm already looking forward! :-D

Did you mean the Lithuania's Independence Restoration Day on Mon 2019-03-11? (the All Saints' Day is on Sat 2018-11-03) Those dates would probably be the very best option for me.

In general, taking into account my intense switching between work trips and paternity leave:

2018 Nov 11-12 very difficult
2019 Jan 26-27 difficult, but possible if absolutely necessary
(2019 Feb 02-03 impossible, just like for Andreas)
2019 Feb 09-10 difficult, but possible if absolutely necessary (not Fri Feb 08) 2019 Mar 09-11 best, with the additional advantage of 3 free days in Lithuania (if that is the requirement from the co-working facility)

It would be really nice to agree on dates when many existing & prospective Debian-Meders would be able to join.

All best!
Matus

Howdy y'all,

My co-working place has confirmed that we can have the common room and a conference room for free any weekend plus one week day (and more, if it
overlaps a with a public holiday like All Saints Day on 2019-03-11)

Travel wise you can fly into the VNO with many low cost flights;
Lithuania's second city, Kaunas, also has an airport (KUN) and is

There is free coffee & espresso (freshly ground) and decent (but not
perfect) WiFi.
Thanks for offerring this nice venue. What about a time. Usually we meet
end of January / beginning of February. So what about

   25.-27. Januar 2019
   08.-10. February 2019

(I intentionally skipped the first weekend of Feburary since I have no time
at this date.)

Opinions about a date to have some progress in the sprint planing?
both are ok for me

Kind regards

      Andreas.
