Heya, I just came across http://blogs.nature.com/naturejobs/2017/10/16/techblog-the-nanopore-toolbox/ The nanopore is that beast that keep wanting to buy and just did not go for it, yet, since I lack the time to enjoy it. Anyway, once I have it, I do not want to start packaging for it, first ;) This also goes out to the Bio-Linux folks - should we have these packages on our todo list? Best, Steffen
