At *that* time Standards-Version 4.1.0 was current and to fit this
policy version the package did not need any changes.  Now you would
add the changelog entry:

    * Standards-Version: 4.1.4 (no changes needed)

or simpler just

    * Standards-Version: 4.1.4

Oof, that is good!

Some people consider it good style to write down that no extra changes
are needed.  I'm usually to lazy to write this - here was an exception.
:-)

Now I know :-)

I usually ran `cme fix dpkg-control` and than document what happened.

I tried to use cme, but it need to be installed from unstable. Last time I did it and had problem with one of the dependencies of this package (do not remember its name). After that I had returned my cme back to stretch. Maybe I will soon find time to figure out how to do it properly or I will at least upgrade my system to buster.

Could you please take a look at my commits to soapdenovo? I think I have finished with it.

Thank you,
Liubov
