What was the trick to build igor?

Hi Steffen,

I tried to upgrade igor to its latest upstream version. I realised that
at least libatlas-base-dev | libcblas-dev was missing in Build-Depends.
(To everybody: If you upload a *-1 revision of a package do NOT, under
NO CIRCUMSTANCES do a local build but ALWAYS use pbuilder - sorry for
shouting but it can not be stressed more.)

Unfortunately I was running into

...
libtool: link: g++ -I/usr/include/jemalloc -I/usr/include/gsl -fopenmp -DIGOR_DATA_DIR=\"/usr/share/igor\" -g -O2 -fdebug-prefix-map=/home/andreas/debian-maintain/salsa/med-team/build-area/
/usr/bin/ld: igor-Deletion.o: in function `Deletion::iterate(double&, Enum_fast_memory_map<Seq_type, double>&, std::__cxx11::basic_string<char, std::char_traits<char>, std::allocator<char>
./igor_src/Deletion.cpp:1077: undefined reference to `comp_nt_int(int const&, int const&)'
/usr/bin/ld: ./igor_src/Deletion.cpp:794: undefined reference to `comp_nt_int(int const&, int const&)'
/usr/bin/ld: ./igor_src/Deletion.cpp:293: undefined reference to `comp_nt_int(int const&, int const&)'
/usr/bin/ld: ./igor_src/Deletion.cpp:531: undefined reference to `comp_nt_int(int const&, int const&)'
collect2: error: ld returned 1 exit status

Since I thought to get some clue from the previous upstream
version I've build this - but its the same here. Steffen, how
did you managed to build igor?

Kind regards

      Andreas.
