Yes. Standards-Version should match the first three digits of the
version of debian-policy package. Lintian is usually updated very
quickly. It happens that cme takes some time. I've just filed a bug
(#903220) against cme that the policy version should be calculated
rather than setting it to a fixed value (as currently).
