Popcon graphics - ideas for enhancement?

Hi,

I'd like to throw some rough idea in.  When looking on our packages that
have currently more than 50 votes on the popcon graph:

I wonder whether we might be find some better representation for this
data.  I'd like to provide some readable graphs for top 10 / 50 used
packages in our tasks.  I'll checkout in what form we could get the raw
data to make some nicer processing.
