you removed, for copyright I think, the json.hhp (coming from thirdparty
dir).
It is used to manage json in gatb. The only json.hpp I found in debian
is not compatible.
So I think you will need to keep the 3rd party code (the hpp file) for
the json part, else will need lots of code rewrites to use an other lib.
This json 3rd party has a public domain license.
