I've filed several bugs which are all listed on the bug page of the
Debian Med team:

Just seek for the string "Please provide autopkgtest".
If you create the test suite please also close that bug inside the
changelog. You can simply do
dch --team
and add something like
* add autopkgtest
Closes: #bugnumber
