thanks for your commits for dssp.  I noticed that you added examples as
patch.  I'd recommend to rather use a plain file in for instance

    debian/examples/2OSL_fragment.pdb

Patches are usually used if you want to change parts of the upstream
source.  If you want to add new files this can be surely done that way
as well - but it is just not handy.  So I would recommend to replace
the patch by a plain file under debian/ .
