Hi, I've looked into hilive and made the package build properly: - the new upstream version closes #833392 (checked on i386) - it builds only with seqan2 (so this question is resolved) - I've also added a patch to remove some forced CXX flags Since my DD status is still pending (but AM approved) I have to leave it to one of you to do the upload.
