Re: DebianMed Sprint

Hi
You have info at wiki.debian.org/Sprints/HowTo

You should send a mail to DPL and co with expected number of participants and ask for approval for later Debian reimbursements for DD etc... for travel and hotel.

No worries Olivier, the more the merrier! What's the procedure for getting a budget from Debian?

Switching focus to the weekend of February 11th, the follow up poll is at at https://dudle.inf.tu-dresden.de/DebianMed2017Specifics2/ to narrow down the official start and end dates.

If anyone wants to post ideas of topics please discuss here and start filling out https://wiki.debian.org/Sprints/2017/DebianMed2017

My personal interests are getting existing CWL descriptions for tools inside packages, upstreaming them, and writing new descriptions. It would also be great to see progress on packaging the various implementations.

Hi Mickael,
sorry but I had to update my availabilities, I am not anymore available on 18th and 25th.
But from previous poll I see that 11th was also ok for a majority.
If this is ok for others, I'd prefer the 11th to participate.

Of course, stick to the majority.

Thanks

Olivier
