I think we have several packages using sse or equivalent optimization requirements (hardware or software). They focus on performance and optimization and upstream usually do not see the point to do the hard work of making software work with non compatible archs while the main usage of this software is its performance advantage vs others. We should only restrict their arch in such cases.
