[RFU] praat 6.0.15-1

I prepared version 6.0.15-1 of the praat package in Git (commit fc91992). 
In this version, the patch add-function-prototypes.patch is dropped. The 
upstream sources compile now against clang without errors.

Please, upload this version to unstable.
