Just for the sake of information: The procedure to grant upload
permissions is as easy as:
dcut dm --uid "Gert Wollny" --allow itksnap
when using dput-ng. Since I personally tend to forget even those
simple things I'm falling back to the web search
site:wiki.debian.org dcut dm permission
where this is documented.
