pysam and samtools stuck in unstable
Hello,
I see that pysam has still not migrated to testing. It looks like this
is the case because it doesn't have a build for i386 [1], which is
because the samtools 1.2 dependency is not successfully built for i386 [2].
I'm not sure when I will get a chance to investigate this, but I thought
I should at least point this out to the rest of the team in the
meantime. I've been meaning to look into this for the past few days.
