Seeking for Java source code of org.bioinfo.*

I'm writing you on behalf of the Debian Med team that has the objective
to package all free software that is relevant in biology and medicine.
I have put Qualimap on our so called biology task page[1] where you can
see what we just have packaged and what we are working on.
When I tried to package Qualimap I realised that it is using some
classes from a maven repository[2] where we did not found any Java
source code for. It seems the code was developed at your department[3]
and may be connected to a BMC publication[4].
Could you be so kind to help us finding the source code that is
hopefully covered by a open source license to enable us to package it
for Debian and by doing so deliver it to a growing number of biologists
who are using Debian Med?
