Uploaded and documented the move to Git in SVN.
BTW, if you do SVN to Git conversions there is a way better maintained
authors file in
svn+ssh://svn.debian.org/svn/debian-med/trunk/helper-scripts/debian-med-authors
I fixed this in the policy document and removed the really incomplete
authors file that was linked from policy. Please, if you do an SVN to
Git conversion and might notice authors not mentioned in this file add
these in SVN.
